Sookht Ama, Company was established in 1990, regarding Bahman Gilaki attempt as founder.

Since 1990, manufacture of Motor bike carburetor has been in field of production activities, and in concern, the company has signed contracts with biggest Motor bike manufacturers while has been successful in production and different carburetors of single cylinder engines till 1994.

Expansion of activities initiated with commencement of cooperation with large automotive industries of Iran producing compact units since 1994.The first contract was awarded in 1994 by Mega Motor Co. while over 2,500,000 of products have been delivered presently.

Eighty percent of market share is acquired by this company. Owing to participation of Mega Motor Co., products' ranges are composed of: Pride water pump, Nissan water pump, Pride oil pump, Nissan starter, injection Pride accelerator and low speed carburetor vane.

Regarding market requirement providence, company associated with home appliances industries since 2003 and signed a contract with the biggest appliance industry to supply 60,000 parts per annum.

Association with SAPCO as the biggest supplier of automation parts in Iran Khodro Co. is considered a big stop forward for Sookht Ama, Company, which happened in 2002. Due to capability of Peugeot 405 oil pump production, has got a three-year contract to supply 80,000 units per annum.

And also Sookht Ama Company started to produce TU5 water pump of Peugeot 206 for SAPCO as the only and the first supplier of mentioned part in Iran with PSA quality agreement.
Meanwhile considering its development plan, the company has established new separate plant for die-casting part and specially heavy duty aluminum die-casting parts (gearbox housing- clutch housing) by several die-cast machines with different capacity from 150- 1600 ton .
